Este hara que la clara se mantenga recogida y no desilache mucho.<\/p>\n<p>Cascamos el huevo en un bol o en un cazo de servir sopa y con cuidado lo echamos en el agua.<\/p>\n<p>Dejaremos cocer entre 3-4 minutos montando con una espumadera la clara sobre la yema.<\/p>\n<p>Saca el huevo y pasalo a un recipiente con agua fr\u00eda para cortar la cocci\u00f3n y quitarle el sabor a vinagre.<\/p>\n<p>Recorta los hilillos que haya formado la clara para darle una forma m\u00e1s redonda.<br \/>\n<\/blockquote><\/div>\n\n<p>no-repeat;center top;;<\/p>\n<p>auto<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El huevo escalfado es un m\u00e9todo de sumergir un huevo en agua muy caliente pero sin que llegue a hervir.
