Se desayunaba un caf\u00e9 o chocolate bebidos al alba y un par de horas despu\u00e9s, para mantener las fuerzas, se tomaban las sopas de ajo, generalmente con uno o dos huevos dentro, que se cocinaban con el calor de la sopa.<\/h5>\n<p>no-repeat;center top;;<\/p>\n<p>auto<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4><em><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>\t\u2022 1 litro caldo de ave<\/br><br \/>\n\t\u2022 100 gr. chorizo de guiso<\/br><br \/>\n\t\u2022 100 gr. jam\u00f3n serrano<\/br><br \/>\n\t\u2022 1 huevo por persona<\/br><br \/>\n\t\u2022 4 rodajas de pan tostado<\/br><br \/>\n\t\u2022 1 cucharada (sopera) de piment\u00f3n dulce, rasa<\/br><br \/>\n\t\u2022 1 dl. aceite de oliva<\/br><br \/>\n\t\u2022 1 diente de ajo por persona, muy picado<\/br><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>no-repeat;center top;;<\/p>\n<p>auto<\/p>\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4><em><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Cortamos unas rebanadas de pan y metemos al horno.<\/br><br \/>\nPicamos el chorizo, el jam\u00f3n y el ajo.<\/br><br \/>\nSofre\u00edmos todo junto.<\/br><br \/>\nA\u00f1adimos el piment\u00f3n y a continuaci\u00f3n el caldo.<\/br><br \/>\nDejamos hervir un 5 minutos.<\/br><br \/>\nSazonamos al gusto.<\/br><br \/>\nPasamos la sopa a cuencos individuales de barro.<\/br><br \/>\nEn cada cuenco pondremos una rebanada de pan y un\u00a0huevo, que se ir\u00e1 cuajando al calor de la sopa.<\/br><br \/>\nEnriquecemos mucho la sopa si en el sofrito a\u00f1adimos\u00a0tomate natural rallado, muy maduro.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>no-repeat;center top;;<\/p>\n<p>auto<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ha sido un almuerzo muy frecuente en la antig\u00fcedad en muchos sitios de Espa\u00f1a.
